Design and construct, construct only, or early contractor involvement. About half our work is tendered and half negotiated.
Cleared for public work
Accredited on the Victorian Construction Supplier Register, eligible to tender state projects up to $40m. Accredited by the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner since 2006, now to June 2028.
No borrowings
We have never operated with borrowings. Our bank guarantees are backed by NAB, our banker for over 20 years.
Certified systems
Independently certified for quality, safety and the environment, with an OH&S plan for every project we build.
The leadership team
More than 31 years in construction, including with Tier 1 builders. Runs contracts, finance and front end estimating.
Joined APM in 2009 after large projects with Tier 1 builders. Oversees design, management and delivery.
Over 16 years delivering retail, education, aged care and government projects. Leads our key projects.
31 years of building in Singapore, Sydney and Melbourne. Leads our site teams to program and to quality.

What size projects do you take on?
Projects from $1m to $60m, anywhere in Victoria. That covers new medium rise buildings out of the ground, refurbishments of existing buildings and interior fit outs.
Can you work with us before the design is finished?
Yes. Alongside design and construct and construct only contracts, we work under early contractor involvement, joining the client and consultant team during design and planning.
Can you tender for government projects?
Yes. We are on the Victorian Construction Supplier Register, which makes us eligible for individual state government projects up to $40m, and we are accredited by the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner through to June 2028.
